RESOLVING CONFLICTS THRU NON-VIOLENT COMMUNICATIONThis work, founded by Marshal Rosenberg, masterfully guides people in a simple process that increases their ability to interact in a harmonious way. By shifting our focus off of judgments and blame and placing it onto the expression of one’s honest feelings and needs, we can transform even the most hostile of environments. Non-Violent Communication (NVC) seeks to meet the needs of all parties involved. It is compassion in action, to the highest degree. There in lies the key to all cooperation and collaboration.
