Within a powerful personal story, Peggy reveals practical techniques for silencing self-critical voices, opening one’s perception to their deeper self, and amplifying the light of essential beauty. 

 

Communication Skills that Empower & Unite

This workshop gives students practical techniques for effective speaking and compassionate listening to help them achieve what they want, step into their power as creative leaders and work and play together as team members. 

 

Practical Steps To Awesome Relationships

How to overcome the common pitfalls of romance, communicate more clearly with the opposite sex, work through differences, and ensure that your boundaries are respected. Students also explore the many layers of the heart and discover how to deepen their connection with the source of love. 

 

Reframing Difficulties so they Help you Grow
